Tai Chi For Arthritis and Fall Prevention: Tai Chi principles are based on the law of nature using slow, gentle movements to restore harmony with oneself, others and our surroundings.  It is a personal journey towards developing awareness of body, oneself and our life force. It benefits health by improving muscular strength, flexibility, balance, posture and builds immunity.  It also improves depression and stress.

Stretch and Tone Fitness Class: Low impact Total Body Workout done with choreographed routines to music seated and standing.  Developed to incorporate all joints and muscle groups with full range of motion and stretching exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and tone.

Instructor: Myrlynn Henley, a retired Medical Professional with 40+ years experience in Nursing and Physical Therapy.
