Tai Chi For Arthritis & Fall Prevention: Tai chi principles are based on the law of nature using slow, gentle movements to restore harmony with oneself, others and our surroundings. It is a personal journey towards developing awareness of body, oneself and our life force. It benefits health by improving muscular strength, flexibility, balance, posture and immunity, while decreasing depression and stress.

Tai Chi for Energy is a New Revitalizing Program comprised of two different Tai Chi styles.  Chen style is vigorous and complex combining fast and slow movements with powerful spiral force.  Sun style incorporates unique Qigong (life force) movements with agile stepping.  These two styles have complementary internal energy.

This program will help develop better health and wellness, internal energy and the ability to manage stress.
