Mayor and City Council

Responsibilities

The City Council is the elected governing body of the City of Creve Coeur. It enacts legislation and citywide policies to protect and promote the health, safety and general welfare of the community.

Elected Officials

Each of the four city Wards elects two council members for staggered two-year terms. The Mayor is elected at large for a three-year term.

City Council Meetings

The Council meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers located at the Government Center, unless otherwise posted. Work Sessions are held prior to the regularly scheduled Council meetings at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Creve Coeur Government Center.
