As a precautionary measure to help prevent exposure and spread of COVID-19, the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings scheduled for Monday, June 1, and Wednesday, June 3, will be livestreamed online.
The Council Chambers will be closed to the public, however citizens are encouraged to participate and submit public comments in the following ways:
- Video Livestream — Watch a livestream of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The livestream link will be made available prior to the meeting.
The public will be required to provide a name and email address to enter the meeting. The email address will not be saved or used to contact you.
Register to speak: Members of the public who would like to provide comments during a Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing are required to register online in advance. Learn more about how to register to speak during the public hearing. - Teleconference — Listen to the meeting and have the opportunity to make public comments by calling the teleconference number, made available prior to the meeting.
If you would like to make a comment during the meeting, press *9 to enable the "raise hand" feature.
