The COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) will provide back rent and temporary rental assistance to low- and moderate-income households that have had a loss of income, have qualified for unemployment benefits, faced significant costs, or experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
St. Louis County has been awarded $29.7 million of federal funding to distribute. Enrollment opens Monday, April 5, and will be open 24 hours a day until enough applications have been received to ensure distribution of all funds. Learn more about the Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
