The City of Creve Coeur begins a major investment into the future of Conway Park on Monday, February 14. At that time, the City's contractor will begin a project to replace the drainage structures and asphalt walking paths throughout the park. This work will last about two months and will result in a smoother and wider path.
The walking path will be closed on weekdays during construction, but it will reopen for weekend use. Those visiting the dog park will still have access to the dog park but will need to follow the detour(s) through the grass. The path will be opened with limited capacity on weekends.
The City urges visitors to Conway Park to be cautious, remain aware of their surroundings and heed path closures and pedestrian detours.
Please contact the Department of Public Works at 314-872-2533 if you have any questions or comments about the path project, its schedule, or anything else related to Conway Park.
