The City of Creve Coeur is partnering with Grow Solar St. Louis, a public education and group purchasing program for residential solar. Offered by the Missouri Botanical Garden, Washington University in St. Louis, and the Midwest Renewable Energy Association, property owners throughout St. Louis may participate in this program to help pool their buying power to secure significant discounts that make installing solar more affordable.
