[ARCHIVED] Public Input Requested on Old Olive Corridor

39 North

The Old Olive corridor is a key project in 39 North, the new innovative AgTech District located in Creve Coeur. Currently, the project is in conceptual design, and project partners are seeking input from Creve Coeur residents and business community.

A public design party will be held on Thursday, October 11, to give community members the opportunity to hear about the Old Olive Corridor project in 39 North, as well as provide feedback to project partners. The event is from 3:30-7:00 p.m at the parking garage upper deck at Old Olive Street Road and Pavilion Drive. Food will be available for purchase.

The Old Olive Street Road project, headed by landscape architectural firm Christner, is looking at how improvements can support the needs of businesses, commuters, visitors and residents who will enjoy and benefit from an enhanced street—a street that supports people, cars and bikes.

The 39 North District Master Plan, completed last year, sets a vision for access and circulation in the district, with the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, City of Olivette, Danforth Plant Science Center, BRDG Park, Helix Center, and Bayer being key partners.
