Silver Screen Series Nebraska

The Silver Screen Series returns this fall to showcase films that explore positive aging themes. Each film concludes with a discussion led by a guest speaker. The screenings take place over the course of three months at the AMC Creve Coeur 12, 10465 Olive Blvd. from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and admission is free.

Next film: "Nebraska"
Date and time: Monday, October 15 at 1:00 p.m.
Cost: Free admission. No reservation or ticket required.
About the film: When cantankerous old buzzard Woody Grant (Bruce Dern) receives a sweepstakes notice in the mail and insists on making a 750-mile trip to Lincoln, Neb., to collect his prize, it falls to baffled son David (Will Forte) to accompany him.

The Silver Screen Series is presented by the Creve Coeur Arts Committee along with Maturity and Its Muse. For more information, contact Melissa Orscheln, Public Information Officer and Management Analyst, at morscheln@crevecoeurmo.gov or (314) 442-2081
