The City of Creve Coeur is undertaking a citywide parks and recreation master plan to evaluate needs in our parks and develop a plan for improvements for the next 10 to 15 years. The study is being led by Planning Design Studio, a St. Louis area landscape architecture firm that specializes in park planning. The master plan will be developed with input from Creve Coeur residents, City staff and park stakeholders.
Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts regarding park needs and areas for improvement, as well as suggestions for additional recreation programs.
- Complete the online survey. The online survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
- Attend the upcoming public meeting on Wednesday, November 14 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Dielmann Recreation Complex at 11400 Olde Cabin Road.
Feedback from both the public meeting and the online survey will help inform City staff which park features are most utilized and which features have the highest priority for improvements.
In addition to public input, the Parks Master Plan will also utilize information from the 2018-2020 Strategic Plan, 2018 Citizen Survey and 2030 Comprehensive Plan. Once completed, the master plan will act as a guide for future park planning and development.
